This document explains how personal data is processed on securember.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What data we process and why

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your enquiry or to deliver the service.
3. Retention period
- E-mail correspondence — until the enquiry is handled and for the period arising from legitimate interest (up to 12 months), unless a contract is concluded.
- Billing data — for the period required by tax law (generally 5 years).
- Technical logs — for the period necessary for security, then deleted or anonymised.
4. Data recipients and processors
Data may be entrusted to trusted providers acting on behalf of the controller, solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages), DNS and network protection.
- Google (Google Workspace) — e-mail handling.
Any transfer of data outside the EEA is carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms compliant with the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

6. Cookies and analytics
The site is static and by default does not use its own tracking cookies or profiling tools. The infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data necessary for security and delivery of the site. If analytics or cookies are added in the future, this policy will be updated and an appropriate notice/consent will appear on the site.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last change at the top of the document.
